		<description>I've found exercise to be by far the best way to keep cellulite at bay.  There is something about toning the muscles that seems to get rid of cellulite very quickly.  The only problem is that you need to keep up with it - too much food/alcohol and not enough exercise will catch up with you eventually!</description>
